Thursday September 1st, 2011, Nova 401(k) Associates’ Russell Hooker and Steve Hale presented retirement plan options for small businesses to 38 CPAs of the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts. The event was well attended thanks in part to Kaira Tanwar, the Austin Chapter’s primary contact for the event. Nova 401(k) Associates’ partner and event sponsor was Synergy Insurance and Investment Advisory (Kyle and Austin offices), a diverse, full-service, and turn-key financial services firm that specializes in providing financial planning coupled with superior service for individuals and businesses. Joseph Quartucci and Terry Taylor of Synergy spoke briefly during the event and provided introductions for the Nova 401(k) Associates team to the Austin Chapter. This interactive and engaged group of CPAs received lunch provided by Synergy and qualified for CPE credit by attending this event.
