- SECURE implementation – SECURE 1.0 and 2.0 significantly changed the legal framework for 401(k) plans. Key changes included updated rules regarding Long-Term Part-Time employees, auto-enrollment, etc. This has required significant investments and time in coordinating with record-keepers and updating our processes and procedures.
- Increased data security – We have made significant investments in increasing the security of our network and working with record-keepers more securely. Our CyberSecurity Assurance package is available for download from PSL.
- Ease of administration – We have invested in NovaLink which will simplify census data collection for many of our clients. Soon, NovaLink’s uses will be further expanded to reduce the administrative burden on our clients even more. New NovaLink clients who implement within their setup window below will qualify for a $300 fee credit!
